  Rental Types

Long Term Rentals – Unfurnished: 

• A 'Long Term" rental is a 12-month lease, in which our team manages the property after the new tenant is selected. 
• Long Term Rentals include all property management services listed above for a monthly fee. Available seven days a week, our team will help you every step of the way. Making the rental process smooth and stress free. 

One Shot Rentals: 

• 'One Shot' is the term used when the owner will manage the property after our team finds a qualified tenant. There is a one time fee for this service. 

Vacation Rentals - Furnished:

•  If you have a fully furnished home you would like to rent short term (nightly, weekly and monthly bookings), RE/MAX could handle your rental with services and a monthly fee specific to vacation rental homes. Please ask for our introduction packet specific to Vacation Rentals. 
•  If you have a fully furnished home you would like to rent monthly, we can provide Long Term Vacation Rental services (30 days or more). 

Online Owner Portal:

• Our online owner portal makes it easy to view all information about your property for the previous month. You can check up on your property anytime and anywhere from an internet-connected computer, tablet, or smartphone.
